“I wonder what it would be like to live in a world where it was always June.”– L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables

S.W.A.M.P. Session - 2nd June 2025

Heaps of thanks and gratitude this week go to Charlie Ward and his help with removing our bagged and dried out Crassula, on its way for burial in the 'pit'!

The remainder of the session was spent clearing the area surrounding the willow pile, where plans are underfoot for the design and building of a natural bench for all to sit and admire our village asset!

Great work everyone as the biodiversity around the pond continues to thrive. See our 'Biodiversity' pages and 'Videos' for some lovely sights of flora and fauna which are thriving in the new and improved environment.
