“There’s nothing better than curling up with a good book and sitting in front of the fire on winter evenings.” Leo Sayer

I'm convinced Mr Sayer has never been a member of the Morston community of volunteers, getting cold and wet in a pair of waders and long gloves, to remove Crassula and Parrot's Feather from his village pond!

For all his fine vocal chords and full head of curly hair, Mr Sayer would no doubt marvel at the dedication of our band of SWAMPers, as the long-term project to restore Morston Pond to its natural beauty continues, rain, shine, cold, muggy conditions, whatever it brings.
